1. Itinerary Verification The customer is strictly responsible for carefully reviewing and verifying all itinerary details prior to making any payment.

2. Pricing and Acceptance The customer acknowledges and accepts the total amount charged. Once a ticket or booking confirmation has been generated, no disputes, claims, or complaints regarding overcharging will be entertained.

3. Refundable and Non-Refundable Bookings The Refunds as applicable shall be disbursed as per Airlines or Hotel Policies.

4. Governing Law Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zirakpur, Punjab
