Gulnar Travels will only process a refund for the exact amount we successfully recover from these authorities minus our non-refundable fees.

3. Same-Day Disbursement Guarantee Gulnar Travels explicitly declares that we do not hold customer refund funds. As soon as we receive the refunded money from the airline or hotel authorities, the recovered amount will be disbursed on the same day
